Bake Off’s Prue Leith to host new cooking show with Dr Rupy Aujla


Great british pastry shop Judge Prue Leith to host all-new cooking show alongside Cooking in the Doctor’s Kitchen Star Dr Rupy Aujla.

Cook smart, waste less with Prue and Rupy is a four-part series that will see TV personalities team up to help UK families cut food waste and save money.

In each episode, Leith and Dr Aujla will meet a different family and share their tips on preparing meals and using essential household items to prepare profitable and environmentally friendly food.

“I’ve been a fan of Rupy Aujla, the doctor who has believed food is medicine for years. So doing a program with him, helping people cook from scratch and saving money, has been a real fun, ”explained Leith. in a report.

Dr Aujla said he was excited to be a part of the show and said that by making small changes people can improve their health and help the environment at the same time.

He said: “I am very proud to have been on a show alongside Prue teaching families from all walks of life the simple steps to waste less food, save money and improve their health.
