Dog the Bounty Hunter is reportedly shopping for a new reality TV show while leading his much-publicized hunt for Brian Laundrie.
The TV personality, real name Duane Chapman, returned to the limelight on Saturday by showing up at the Florida home of the fugitive boyfriend of Gabby Petito, 22, from Long Island, who was later found. dead.
He continued to make headlines in the research, reporting how Laundrie and her parents went camping together after Brian returned from his trip across the country with Petito without her.
At the same time, a production company, Thinkfactory Media, has been shopping around for a planned new TV series starring Dog, the last scheduled show of which was dropped, Variety revealed on Wednesday.
Thinkfactory is working with Chapman to present the new show, which is supposed to follow Chapman’s daily life and exploits, the trade magazine said.
This could include his current search for Laundrie, the outlet said, noting how the once popular TV personality has also stepped up his social media presence during the hunt.
Thinkfactory Media – the team behind blockbuster reality TV shows such as “Marriage Boot Camp” and “Mama June: From Not to Hot” – did not comment on the article and did not immediately respond to requests from The Post.
Dog teased his supporters on the looming news earlier this month, before Petito was officially declared missing.

“I love you all !! Great things are happening !! Announcement coming soon !!!” he wrote on September 9, without giving details.
