High school students invited to participate in a talent competition


A show of young talents is scheduled for Monday, November 15. All are welcome to attend the free event.

The Youth Empowerment Society of Summit and the local UpRISE youth coalition are hosting a talent show on Monday, November 15. All young people from local middle and high schools are welcome to perform and the public is welcome to attend the free event.

The show will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Silverthorne Pavilion, 400 Blue River Parkway. Customers can expect poetry readings, dance, videos, groups, short stories and more.

Light appetizers and refreshments will be served during the event. No tickets or registration is necessary.
