ITV will launch a new entertainment show called Game Of Talents, which will see contestants try to uncover the audience’s secret talents for a chance to win a cash prize.
Each episode will see contestants team up with a celebrity to uncover the surprising hidden talents of eight mysterious performers.
They will try to determine if they can tell the difference between an opera singer and a weightlifter, or an acrobat and a fire eater, based only on their appearance and a few clues.
Amelia Brown, managing director of production company Thames, which also makes Britain’s Got Talent, said: “Game Of Talents is a winning format and we can’t wait to bring it – with lots of laughs, surprises and fun – in the UK public.
“The show offers a unique combination of performance mixed with game play that will entertain families, young and old, and everyone in between.”
Katie Rawcliffe, Head of Entertainment Control for ITV, said: “This program offers a different and hilarious take on the talent show and we look forward to bringing it to our viewers in 2021.”
The format, designed by production company Fremantle, was first launched in Spain, where it is now entering its third season.
The seven-hour episodes will air on ITV in 2021.
